My commissions run on a queue system! I try to cycle through it every few months, and I usually open right as I finish a queue.
Since I don't stop personal work while a queue is underway, the ETA for new openings varies.Queue openings are always first announced for my Heart Tier Patrons (and up) through both the Patreon page & the Discord server, where a link to a Google Form is provided.Though I always allow submissions from non-supporters, Patrons still end up taking most of my commission slots. As such, openings don't get announced elsewhere very often.For further information, check out the Commissions segment in the FAQ page!

Terms of Service
These are applicable to all Individual Clients:
1. Refunds are only negotiable before work on your order begins.2. You agree to take full responsibility for having permission to request the character(s) included in your order.3. Tweaks and alterations may incur additional fees if requested too late into production, or if deemed necessary.4. You understand that any attempts of chargeback once payment has been finalized will be considered bad faith, and will result in automatic loss of art and/or character rights.5. If you choose to use the end product after issuing a chargeback, you are fully aware of the possibility of legal action.6. Cancellations mid-production may occur in extraordinary circumstances or if disagreements arise between either party. If any payment has already been received, partial refunds may or may not be issued depending on progress on the order up to that point, per my discretion.These and some additional terms will be included with any invoices you receive.

That's Robyn! He is a mischievous Seer Machka, a unique cat breed I created characterized by their psychic powers, 3 eyes, and BIG fluffy tails.He is both an Original Character of mine, as well as a representation of yours truly! He also comes in different flavors, such as Heart Jack, his 7-year older Magician alter-ego.Q: What's BCP?
BCP stands for "Big City Project", the codename I've given the series of stories I want to tell, for which most of my OCs are made for!It's largely characterized as a futuristic city of animals, designed for their different needs and sizes. Though it may seem like a utopia at times, there's crime and secrets behind every curtain.

I intend to keep it at an average of 10-15 moving forward!Q: Are slots first-come first-serve?
Nope! I choose commissions personally, so no matter how early or late a submission is sent to the Google Form, everyone's odds are the same.Q: Do I need to be a Patron of yours to get a commission?
While I show the submission form to non-Patrons who ask along the time of my openings, my Patrons still get notified first when slots open, so they tend to get dibs!Q: Am I guaranteed to get a commission slot if I'm your Patron?
Unfortunately not. Everyone has the same chances of being picked for my queue, whether they're a supporter or not.Q: Do higher Patreon tiers get priority when slots are decided?
Outside of discounts, Patreon tiers won't increase or decrease your odds of making it into the queue.Q: Can I pay you extra to guarantee a slot?
For the same reason that Patreon tiers don't influence priority on the queue, it's exceedingly rare for me to allow this.Q: Where can I see the status of the queue?
Due to unpleasant interactions in the past, I don't publicly disclose the state of my queue.That said, if you get a slot, you can check in with me about your commission via DMs anytime you want, within reason.Q: Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are negotiable only before I begin working on your order. Once started, you can't ask for one.In extraordinary circumstances, partial refunds may be offered for unfinished pictures, based on the amount of work up to that point, per my discretion.
